What we collect

What you give us in the forms: name, phone, email (optional), area, the service you need and a description of the problem. If you call us, the number you call from and what you tell us.

Why we use it

To handle your quote request and pass it to a partner pool maintenance company in your area, which will contact you with a quote.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form (Article 6.1.a of the General Data Protection Regulation). You can withdraw it at any time.

Who receives it

• The partner pool maintenance company covering your area, only to quote and carry out the work.
• The technical providers that run the site (hosting and form delivery), as data processors.

We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

12 months from your request, or until you withdraw consent, unless the law requires longer.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hello@poolserviceibiza.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
